1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text). For the web version, we temporarily store audio/video files you upload in order to process and deliver them back to you. For the desktop application, your media files are never transmitted to us at all - processing happens entirely on your own machine.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card details - Paystack handles that directly and securely. We retain a record of transaction references and amounts for billing history.

3. How we use your data

We use your account information to provide the Service, track credit balances, process payments, and communicate important account or service updates. Uploaded files (web version) are used solely to perform the processing you requested and are not reviewed, analyzed, or used for any other purpose.

4. Data retention

Uploaded and processed files on the web version are retained for a limited period to allow you to download your results, after which they may be deleted. Account and billing records are retained as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations.

5. Third parties

We share data with third parties only where necessary to operate the Service: Paystack for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties.

6. Cookies

The website uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
